1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Unused, unworn, and with the original tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label

Items returned without prior approval or authorization will not be accepted. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

3. Damages & Issues

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (like beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This cooling-off period applies regardless of our standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund

8. Return Address

A return shipping label from BLVD Nursery is required before sending back any items.
