1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee

We handle every order with care to ensure a seamless experience.

Order Processing Time:
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

Peak Seasons (Holidays / New Year):
Processing may extend up to 5 business days during high-volume periods.

Shipping Fee:
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 on all orders, regardless of destination.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Since we fulfill orders through global partners, delivery times may vary slightly based on location.

United States 10 – 15 Business Days
Canada / UK / Australia 11 – 16 Business Days
Rest of World 15 – 20 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Important Notes:

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the shipping label is created.

  • If tracking information doesn’t update immediately, your package is still on its way.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

  • BLVD Nursery is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

  • While customs fees are uncommon for garden products, regulations may vary by country.


5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We process orders promptly to ensure fast delivery.

If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at service@nexivexa.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed, changes or cancellations cannot be made.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are committed to your satisfaction.

Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 72 hours of receiving it, and we’ll arrange for a free replacement.

Lost in Transit
If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
